Impact of AI on Pharmacy Education & Research
One day Seminar on 11.05.2024
A one day Seminar on “Impact of AI on Pharmacy Education & Research” was organized by RAAK College of Pharmacy, Puducherry on 11th May 2024 from 9 Am to 4 Pm at college Auditorium. Around 150 Participants from various pharmacy colleges in Pondicherry were participated and benefited in this seminar. The seminar was organized with the benevolence of Er. Mohamed Farouk, Chairman, Farouk educational trust and presided over by Prof. Dr.Rabinder Henry, Director, RAAK Group of Institutions. Prof.Dr.I.Sarathchandiran, Principal, RAAK College of Pharmacy welcomed the gathering. Prof.Dr.Ramachandra setty siddamsetty, Director, R&D, RGUHS, CC-Member-PCI, Karnataka, Dr.S.Kavimani, CC-Member-PCI, Professor & Head , Department of Pharmacology, College of Pharmacy, MTPG&RIHS, Puducherry, Dr.E.Anandakrishnan, Controlling & Licensing authority for the drugs control administration of the union territory of Puducherry, Dr.C.Sreedhar, Professor & Head, Department of Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Karnataka College of Pharmacy and Prof. Dr.Harsha K Tirpathy, Karnataka College of Pharmacy are the resource persons and delivered a talk on seminar topic. With the great support and contribution from Participants, students and faculties the seminar was ended as grand successful manner finally with a word of thanks by Prof. Dr.Mohamed Yasir Arafath, Vice-Principal, RAAK College of Pharmacy.
62nd National Pharmacy week celebration
62nd National Pharmacy Week was celebrated on the Theme of “Join Pharmacists to Ensure Patients Safety” from 18th to 22nd December 2023 by RAAK College of Pharmacy. Dr.Rabinder Henry, Director, Farouk Educational Trust & Dr.Arun Gunalan, Dean, RAAK Group of Institutions participated and shared their knowledge on the 62nd NPW theme. On this occasion various activities and events were conducted like Tree plantation, Sports & Culturals etc…
The World Pharmacist Day – 2023
The World Pharmacist Day 2023 was celebrated by RAAK College of Pharmacy on 25th September 2023 at college Auditorium. On the Eve of the celebration the following competitions was conducted by the Pondicherry Pharmacy council on the theme “Pharmacists Strengthening Health System” on 24th September 2023 at Indira Gandhi Medical College and Research Institute- Auditorium, Kathirkamam, Puducherry. On this auspicious occasion, the students of RAAK College of Pharmacy were participated and received momentos and certificates in various categories of competitions from our honorable Chief Minister of Puducherry Thiru N. RANGASWAMY and all other dignitaries of PPC were present on the dais. This memorable day brought together the students, faculty and esteemed guests, making it a remarkable event.
Inauguration cum Induction Program for 1st Year B.Pharm & D.Pharm Courses
First Year B.Pharm & D.Pharm courses of Academic Year 2023-2024 was inaugurated on 18.10.2023 at RAAK College of Pharmacy Auditorium. Dr.S.Kavimani, Prof & Head, Department of Pharmacology, MTPG & RIHS, Puducherry was the chief guest of the function. The Management, Trustees, Principal, Faculty, Students & Parents were participated in the Inauguration Cum Induction Program of B.Pharm & D.Pharm Courses.
